Harry Potter Ride
According to Bill Davis, president of Universal Orlando Resort, a whopping six million people have experienced Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey since opening last June! He added that visitor numbers are up from last year – proving itself as one of Florida’s biggest attractions!
Record Visitor Numbers for Orlando
In 2010 Orlando became the first US city to achieve more than 50 million visitors. The majority of those visitors were from the domestic market. Foreign visitors totalled 3.675 million. This was an increase from 2009 when the total number of visitors reached 46.6 million. Further growth is anticipated for 2011 with a estimated 6% rise in foreign visits.
