The resort is located just minutes from the new West Gate entrance to the Walt Disney World Resort. There is a supermarket within walking distance from the resort, and the many shops and restaurants on Highway 192 in Kissimmee are just a few minutes away, including a Wal-Mart Supercenter. Orlando SeaWorld is about a 10-minute drive from the hotel and Universal Studios, Orlando around 17 minutes away by car. The Florida Mall in Orlando is about 20 km from the hotel and Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay is around a 75-minute drive away. Orlando International Airport can be accessed in approximately 31 km, Orlando Sanford International Airport in around 77 km and Patrick AFB Airport in about 98 km. Miami International Airport is around 364 km from the hotel and Tampa International Airport is approximately 123 km away.
The Rooms
All homes in the resort have their own private pool. Pool furniture provided includes at least two sun loungers and a table with four chairs. Each home comes with a bathroom with a shower and bath, plus a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV and radio. The apartments feature a kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and ironing set. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating is also provided.
Remarks
Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection is to be conducted at our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After-hours key collection can be made from the electronic lock box at the same location. The lock box code is C-7-0-8-3, then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by calling the free phone number: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. A refundable security deposit of USD 300 is required upon registration. Homes are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. All private homes and apartments are non-smoking, pets are not allowed. Pool heating charges at this resort are USD 400 per week.
