There are a plethora of options for the shopping lover in Florida - ranging from small boutiques to huge outlets housing all the well loved brands you're spoilt for choice, and more importantly there's always a bargain to be had.
-
Q. Orlando Area
Ever popular Orlando won't let you down on the shopping front! Why not visit the Florida Mall the largest and most centrally located Mall in Orlando. Just a short drive south of the city this place will keep you busy spending all day long.
You could also visit the Mall of Millennia, a fabulous place with a wide range of shops - including all the world famous luxury brands - and prices to suit all budgets. The Mall also has a fantastic choice of eateries so you can grab a quick snack or sit down for a more leisurely 3 course lunch at one of the restuarants.
If you're looking to pick a bargain then visit the Premium Outlets Mall. Great discounts are available on lots of top brands. The outlet is open late at night giving you plenty of time to shop around.

Q. Miami
The bright lights and glitz of Miami are matched by the shopping options too! There are some fantastic boutiques downtown which are at least worth a window shop. However, one place that should be on your to-do list is Sawgrass Mills. This huge complex - in the fact the largest in the state - is the place to spend a days shopping. There are refreshment stops a plenty, and when you're done shopping then you can wind down by taking in the latest movie at the on-site entertainment venue.
All major credit cards are accepted in the States so you shouldn't have any problems paying for your purchases if you carry one of these.
Whatever you choose to buy you should remember some regulations that govern what you can bring back with you to the UK. There are restrictions on the amount of alcohol and tobacco you can bring back, so you need to check the latest information on this before travel. If you have items or an item worth more than £390 (the individual allowance) then this may be subject to Duty/and or tax on return to the UK.

Q. Gulf Coast
If you're heading to the Gulf Coast you'll find some great places to shop. Why not treat yourself and stop by the Waterside Shops at Pelican Bay for a bit of indulgence? Or, if you're on a budget there is a Premium Outlet in the Tampa Bay area with lots of great deals to be had.
