Florida State Fair

When: February

Originating in 1904, held on only 27-acres of land, the Florida State Fair in Tampa now attracts up to 500,000 people in twelve days. Orlando Mardi Gras

When: Early February to late April

Head to Universal Studios and you’ll find Mardi Gras: Florida’s biggest and brightest party. Live concerts, authentic Cajun food, vibrant parades and dazzling street performers grace the streets all day long.

Florida Film Festival

Celebrating its 25th year in 2016, the Florida Film Festival showcases the best in independent and foreign cinema. Oscar accredited with exclusive world premieres, if you’re a film fanatic the event is not to be missed!


Orlando Fringe Festival

When: Mid-May

An eclectic mix of theatre, music, art and dance, the 14-day festival is now the largest Fringe in the US. Following in the footsteps of the famous Edinburgh Fringe, the Orlando festival enables a diverse range of artists to come together and inspire the community.


Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

When: September – November

Prepare to embark on a culinary adventure and let your taste buds take you around the world. Cuisines from over 30 countries are served in kiosks inside Epcot World Showcase, Walt Disney World.
