Glasgow to Orlando Flights
Orlando International Airport from Glasgow
During the summer season, Virgin Atlantic flies to Orlando International Airport, though during the winter season, the service is discontinued until the following year.
Sanford International Airport from Glasgow
Unlike Orlando International Airport, the flights from Glasgow to Sanford are all year round, so for those looking to fly there, they can do so with Thomson.
Getting there
By Rail
The airport is easily accessible by rail and for those wanting to do so, the nearest station is Paisley Gilmour Street, which is one mile away from the terminal.
By Bus
The airport is also accessible by bus, more notably the First 500 Glasgow Shuttle from Glasgow city centre. The service operates every 10 minutes and it takes roughly thirty minutes to get to the airport from the city centre.
Aside from this, the First 747 AirLink, McGill’s 767 and City Link 915 services also provide bus services to the airport.
By Car
For those wanting to travel to the airport via car or taxi, it is located just outside the city limits, and is accessible via the M8 motorway.
